Prices

On-site:

The Prices include snacks at the Icebreaker party and lunch on all days.

Participation from Sunday to Wednesday: 135 €

Participation in the IVS analysis workshop and splinter meetings at Thursday: 30 €

Add-ons:

Conference dinner: 25€

Excursion: 15€

For example:

If you participate in the EVGA meeting, the splinter meetings, the conference dinner and the excursions, your conference fee is 205€. For participation in the EVGA meeting and the conference dinner the fee is 160 €.

Online:

15€

Online participation allows attendence of the presentations and asking questions. It is not possible to hold presentations or have a poster online.

Cancellation

Free deregistration is possible until 1. of April 2023.

From 2. of April to 1. of June 2023 we have to retain a fee of 25€ and we transfer back the remaining difference.

After 1. of June we cannot return the fee.

The fee for online participation cannot be returned.
