New Charges for Spatial Base Data

The "Guidelines on charges to be paid for the provision and use of spatial base data of the Vermessungsverwaltungen der Länder/Land Survey Administrations of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV Guidelines on Charges)" dated 11 Dezember 2007 entered into force on 1 January 2008. BKG’s GeoDatenZentrum adopted these new regulations with immediate effect and now applies them to any new data delivery orders.
Besides supply and use of the relevant data for internal purposes, these guidelines regulate also external usage of data as well as the use of services offered by the Land Survey Administrations.
