Digital Basic Landscape Model 1 : 25,000 (Base DLM)

The basic dataset contaisns feature types and their most important attributes, i.e.:

  • All the roads, streets, footpaths, railways, water features and boundaries,
  • The areal landscape features according their use like residential construction, industrial and commercial areas, areas for agriculture and forestry, water areas, areas of local communities.

Further densification of the dataset is guaranteed by regular updates.

Distribution of this product only for regions exceeding the borders of a federal state.

Digital Landscape Model 1 : 250,000 (DLM250)

Presently, the dataset contains feature types and their most important attributes, e. g.:

  • roads, paths, railways, water features, settlements, vegetation, administrative boundaries,
  • ground surface topography in the form of contours and other topographical features

Further densification of the dataset is guaranteed by regular updates.

Digital Landscape Model 1 : 1,000,000 (DLM1000)

Presently, the dataset comprises feature types as well as their most important attributes, i. e.:

  • Roads, railways with facilities and installations, and ferries and air traffic installationsHydrographical features with facilities and installations
  • Ground surface topography in the form of contours and other topographical features (see also digital terrain models), Administrative boundaries ("Kreis" level)

Compilation of this dataset is completed for the principal parts.
